As stressful as August ended up being, I regret that Summer slipped away so soon.

Highlights
- My mom's family came to visit for a week and I went kayaking for the first time! It was so fun, and that's coming from someone who hates exercise.
- I finished up volunteering at the library with a party--at the library. How many people can say they've partied in a library? There was pizza and we watched Guardians of the Galaxy.
- Speaking of parties, my best friend celebrated hers and it was such a fantastic weekend. There was a bounce house and snow cones, I got burned by melting marshmallow, and we spontaneously watched Lights Out (and I scared a girl so terribly she fell onto the floor).
- I mentioned stress, which is caused by school. Which hasn't even started yet. I am so done.
Music
I haven't really been listening to anything new this month. It's mostly been old stuff on repeat.

Kayaking is a lot of fun. Great picture!! A party at the library sounds pretty awesome :) Have a great September!
ReplyDeleteI really enjoyed it! The party was a lot of fun, too. Thanks for commenting and happy September!
DeleteYay August, a whole month of summer and no school! But lets not talk about school... Your library party sounds like so much fun, volunteering there must be pretty great! And your friend's party also sounds amazing! Thank you so much for mentioning my post, it's really made my day! (Because as I'm writing this I'm killing time before setting off for the first day back at school and I am so nervous haha!) Best wishes for September ❤
ReplyDeleteUgh, SCHOOL. I hate even the word. The volunteering and party were both so fun. I MUCH rather be doing those than SCHOOL. I hope your first day went well, Rebekah! Thanks for commenting and Happy September!
