I figured I would kick this off with the wonderful person who tagged me in the first place. I stalked (I mean...read) Jillian's blog for a while before replying to her tweet on Twitter (what else). Thus (and yes I did just use that word) began a cycle of tweeting and more blog stalking. Jillian is so sweet and has one of the best blogs ever, so I kindly suggest you go pop in and give her a visit!
If you're wondering why Rebekah appears to be Rapunzel from Tangled, that's because she doesn't have a profile picture. Disney solves everything. Rebekah commented on my blog a few weeks back on a Top Ten Tuesday post. Being an uber-generous (just kidding) person, I proceeded to comment back on her blog as well. To my surprise, no comment section appeared! I sent her an email and it has been smooth sailing from there. Hi, Rebekah! I'm waving, you just can't see it.
Emma's profile picture happens to be a Disney character already--Belle! I approve. Same as with Jillian, I read Emma's blog for a while before interacting with her (because I am an awkward person, okay). She loves Buffy the Vampire Slayer, I love Buffy the Vampire Slayer. How could we not like each other just based off of that? Besides that, though, Emma happens to be incredibly funny and loves all the same books as I do. Really, there's nothing not to like here, folks.
Ah, Claire. I actually followed her on Twitter before I ever visited her blog (shame on me, I know). One day, she tweeted a photo of all the books she had checked out from the library. I proceeded to bombard her with my opinions on said books. Skip forward in time a little ways, and she has become one of my favorite bloggers! Plus, I am totally in love with her blog design, so there's that.
I tag:

Claire @ Cover to Cover

ReplyDeleteAHHH BUT I'M SO GLAD WE CAN FANGIRL OVER ALLEGIANT'S GREATNESS TOGETHER. <3 FOREVER LOVE. Are you excited for Veronica Roth's new series?! Because I'm. so. hopelessly. excited. *cries because it is so long till it comes out*
Delusion? Psh, it's REALITY.
DeleteAllegiant has one of the best endings ever, and I DON'T CARE WHAT ANYONE ELSE SAYS. I would give up my leadership (yes, MY) to have her new book right now... I NEED IT.
Hi Erin! *waves back* You don't know how much I laughed at Rapunzel being me! I look nothing like Rapunzel but hey she likes to read doesn't she? Perhaps she should become my profile picture...? The reason I don't have one is becuase I completely forgot about it! Thank you for tagging me! Challenge accepted. :-D
ReplyDeleteHELLO! Rapunzel should definitely be your official profile picture. Rapunzel is AWESOME, so clearly you both have something in common, right? Then we can both have Disney profile pictures, and Emma, too! I hope you enjoy doing the tag! ;D
DeleteOH MY GOSH MY FACE IS FINALLY EXPOSED.
ReplyDeleteHAHA KIDDING KIDDING ;D But awww I'm so glad you love stalking my blog! Your blog is awesome as well, and I love the way you write your posts ^_^ Thanks for doing this, and your kind words warmed my heart, so thanks for that, too!

OH MY, FACES! I am glad to hear that, Jillian! And thanks so much, really--that made my day! Everyone is awesome--like The Lego Movie song. Thanks for commenting! :D
DeleteThank you so much for mentioning me--this is just so sweet awh. And yes, Buffy is the perfect start to any friendship. By the way, I blame you for the fact that I have sooooo many Buffy GIF's saved onto my computer. Still, no regrets. ;)
ReplyDeleteHow could I NOT? Buffy is just a great topic to form bonds over. But the Buffy gifs are worth it, right? ;) Thanks for commenting, Emma!
