Inside Out Book Tag!

Before Inside Out was even released, I was begging to go see it.  I never got around to it--until now.  I can now say I LOVED it, and can finally do this tag!  Thanks to both Anna and Mara for tagging me!

The Lightning Thief by Rick Riordan

The Lightning Thief always reminds me of being a kid, and is still one of the funniest series I have read.  I can't help laughing every time I read a Riordan book.

We Were Liars by E. Lockhart

I think everyone knows how much I adore this book by now, but I'm going to tell you again:  it is a tragic story, one I love every bit of.

Bad Girls Don't Die by Katie Alender

I'm not easily frightened, but when I read this book a while back, I was thoroughly creeped out.

Requiem by Lauren Oliver

This book frustrates me like no other.  The ending resolved nothing.  I like open endings, I do--when they're done right.  This one was not.

The Maze Runner by James Dashner

Not only did I dislike the entirety of this book, I was none too impressed by the descriptions of the Glade and the various jobs and creatures.

  2. I love this tag so much!! I'm also a fan of We Were Liars. But I loved Requiem. I loved the whole series and was ok with the ending. I know I'm the minority there though.

    1. It's so cute! I admit, I really enjoyed the Delirium trilogy up until that last book. But the writing was still so lyrical and poetic. Thanks for commenting! ❤

  3. I didn't even finished Delirium XD The world building and the characters just feel so bland for me! And I also wasn't too impressed with The Maze Runner. It's confusing and a lot of things came out of nowhere.

    1. I actually quite liked the first two books, but that third infuriated me to no end. The Maze Runner, too. I couldn't even finish the second book. Thanks for commenting, Tasya! ❤

    1. You REALLY do, Geraldine! It is my favorite contemporary ever. And Riordan is one of the few authors who has me doubled over in laughter while reading. Thanks for commenting! ❤

  5. I'm so glad you loved Inside Out, who can't? Anyway, great picks! Like you, I was a emotional wreck after We Were Liars. Ahhh, Percy Jackson is the best. Great pick! <3
